The importance of stretching
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, it is very important to have a good flexibility that allow you to do all the movements.
Have a good flexibility, help you to maintain a range of motion in the joints, avoid risk for joint pain, strains and muscle damage.
Stretching once or twice won’t give you a perfect flexibility, you will need to do it over time. It may take you many months to get tight muscles, so you're not going to be perfectly flexible after one or two sessions. Start now to include stretching in your workout routine.
