About Me

Working Hard For Change

I have worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years. My professional career started in Italy, then I moved to London where I am currently working at GymBox. I have a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sport from Turin University and during my studies I also took a course in the Bases of Calisthenics (using your own bodyweight for resistance training). Boxing is my passion and I have practiced this sport for 12 years. When I stopped fighting professionally, I still wanted to be a part of this great sport so I became a Federal Technician for the Italian Boxing Federation, where I got the opportunity to work with some of the most important boxers in Italy.


I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise programme that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can design your own.
